Anne is the Director of Administration at the Crop Trust where she oversees the critical functions of Finance, Human Resources, and Corporate Operations.

A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, Anne brings deep financial expertise and leadership to the role. She holds a BA in Accounting & Finance and a Master’s in Business Studies and has also completed many professional qualifications including Change Management Practitioner.

Anne serves as Secretary to the Executive Board and is a member of the Executive Committee where she plays a key role in strategic decision-making and governance.

Since joining the Crop Trust in 2004, Anne has been a passionate advocate for the Crop Trust and for crop diversity, contributing in several capacities, including Director of Finance, where she was instrumental in managing the organization's financial sustainability.

Her career also includes diverse experience with the International Development Law Organization (IDLO) in Rome, and KPMG in Dublin.
