Investment Committee

The Investment Committee (IC) is responsible for all matters relating to the investment affairs of the organization, encompassing the areas of investment and financial risk strategy and management, financial and performance monitoring and policy and governance related issues in the areas of investment. The IC assists the Executive Board by ensuring that investment management aligns with statutory and other obligations to support Crop Trust and its partners. 

Finance, Risk & Audit Committee

The Finance, Risk & Audit Committee (FRAC) is responsible for all matters relating to the financial management of the organization encompassing the areas of strategic financial planning, resource management, treasury management, audit, financial monitoring, policy and governance related issues. The responsibility and function of the FRAC is to assist the Executive Board in ensuring that the financial management of the Crop Trust complies with its statutory and other obligations in an efficient and effective manner.

Governance and Nominating Committee

The purpose of the Governance and Nominating Committee (GNC) is to assist the Executive Board in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities with respect to all matters of governance, including succession and membership of the Executive Board and its subsidiary bodies.
